I was shopping at your West Edmonton Mall store Thursday evening and was greeted within a minute of entering the store. After shopping at another swimwear store in the mall and very unhappy, I was completely shocked. The one lady happily showed me a bunch of different styles and got me into a room. She checked up on me several times and was incredibly helpful. Even as I showed her some of the styles, the other staff member was also very helpful and honest! which is the most important part!! I didn't end up buying anything since I wasn't 100% sure, but the staff didn't make me feel guilty and even welcomed me to come back and try it again and again until I'm either 100% comfortable in it, or I find another suit that I love! This was my best experience I have ever had! Thank you for your awesome service it's very nice to actually be welcome, and not be pressured into buying something.. for a while I felt like I was shopping with friends who actually cared about my happiness!!!

I purchased two swimsuits in the Winnipeg Polo Park store last night. This was my first time as a customer of Swimwear etc. I was so impressed with the service that I received. I do not remember the name of the young woman who helped me (she said it was her first night back at work after taking a year off to travel, Cashier 0852). She was great at helping me determine the size and style that was best for me. In fact, all the staff in the store seemed happy to be there and willing to help. Great experience!

Hi Chris! I just wanted to let you know that I received my new swimsuit yesterday and I LOVE IT!! I really wondered if it was possible to order a swimsuit on-line- I guess it is. I went to your store in Woodgrove Mall, totally imagining a terrible experience (no one likes to buy a swimsuit, especially if she has gained weight), but I was greeted so warmly and wonderfully by Cathy and the Assistant Manager (I don't recall her name). I tried on two suits, bought one. They sold me two cover ups, a pair of flip flops, and also the soap for washing my new suit. They were incredibly funny and honest. I felt so comfortable. I can not believe that I am saying "comfortable" in the same sentence as "bathing suit"! Kudu's to your store for hiring such lovely women! So refreshing not to be met with really young and often immature staff! I am in my 40's and I manage a very busy Retail Store that employs 90 people. I will be using this story at my next staff meeting to emphasize the importance of selling the "experience".
