The WOW factor was ther for service I was served by a great Lady Kathy at West Edmonton Mall store and she helped me for 3 hours to help me find the Perfect swimsuit for my Vacation ,the store was Swamped and extreamly busy , and I never had to wait she was always there helping me and many others . With a great smile .
