I always shop at the southgate store. The staff there are extremely friendly and always help me find what I'm looking for. Swimwear shoping is so traumatic and they really help to lessen the fear! I will continue to shop at Swimwear ETC and I will also make sure to tell all my friends!

My swimwear experience was alright but when i went on line to see if my store had the swimsuit i wanted it did not say. As well i could not even find the swimsuit i like in the store on the website. I would like to see brand name swimsuits on the site so i could pick the exact suit i wanted.

I was shopping at your West Edmonton Mall store Thursday evening and was greeted within a minute of entering the store. After shopping at another swimwear store in the mall and very unhappy, I was completely shocked. The one lady happily showed me a bunch of different styles and got me into a room. She checked up on me several times and was incredibly helpful. Even as I showed her some of the styles, the other staff member was also very helpful and honest! which is the most important part!! I didn't end up buying anything since I wasn't 100% sure, but the staff didn't make me feel guilty and even welcomed me to come back and try it again and again until I'm either 100% comfortable in it, or I find another suit that I love! This was my best experience I have ever had! Thank you for your awesome service it's very nice to actually be welcome, and not be pressured into buying something.. for a while I felt like I was shopping with friends who actually cared about my happiness!!!

I just made my first purchase at your Edmonton West Edmonton Mall location tonight. I went into the store in a panic about having to go away this Saturday and with a cup size that doesn't match the rest of me, it's been hard to find a swimsuit, anyways, long story short, Danielle helped me from the moment I walked in the door. She was dedicated to helping me, she knew all the product in the store that would work with my figure, she continued to bring me stuff, provide advice until we found something that was right. and we did. I can't say enough about the experience. She was truly wonderful,knowledgeable and made it so much easier . Thanks to Danielle.

The WOW factor was ther for service I was served by a great Lady Kathy at West Edmonton Mall store and she helped me for 3 hours to help me find the Perfect swimsuit for my Vacation ,the store was Swamped and extreamly busy , and I never had to wait she was always there helping me and many others . With a great smile . She was great in knowing my size in different swimwear I questioned some sizes she said please try this it fits different and it fit she Knows her job very well and is always ,upbeat and willing to help in anyway and gives a honest opinon , That is hard to find in stores now somone that is honest and cares how you look without letting pice get in the way, tell Kathy my experiance at West Edmonton Mall was Fabulas because of her thanks Kathy...

I am a terrible fit - short-waisted, with a slight frame but a G cup. Twice I have gone to Swimwear Etc. in Southgate as it is virtually impossible for me to find a swimsuit in most stores. Despite the difficulty in fitting both my frame and my desire for modesty, the staff at Swimwear Etc. have always been immensely helpful, patient, and courteous, and I have actually always been able to leave with at least one suit that worked for me! (Which is great, since shopping for clothing gives me migraines at the best of times!) To anyone who is over 16 and doesn't fit the narrow range of what other stores allow as "normal" sizing, I would recommend skipping the other stores and going straight to Swimwear Etc. to save time and find both the selection and the staff to make for an enjoyable experience.

I came in to find swim trunks for my husband - I had been in a number of stores, before I came into this one. Although I could tell that Sam was busy, she took the time to find me sizes and look up availability in other stores. She also called another store and had it held for me. I bought a few for my husband to try and returned the trunks the next day. Once again Sam helped me, indicating that the return was no problem.

HOLLY @ the southgate swimwear etc is awesome. My friend & I were in there for almost 2 hours & tried on virtually everything in the store. Thanks for making our experience fun HOLLY. Someone give this girl a raise! :)

I was on holidays and forgot my suit, I was in the mall and decided to look around in your store. I was greet with a smile and asked if I need any help. I then explained that I forgot my suit and needed one today. The associate named Kari was very friendly and made the experience of shopping for a new suit enjoyable. She spend the time to listen to what kind of suit I have bought in the passed. She also made some great suggestions on different kinds of suit. I had been in the Bay trying on swimsuits for and hour and a half, back and forth to the change rooms, dressing and undressing, with no offer of help from the sales clerks.Rather discouraged I was walking out of the mall when I noticed your store and thought I'd pop my head in and see what you had to offer.
Well!, Muriel and Cathy had me in a change room with all the help I needed and I found a wonderful suit that fits.
Muriel and Cathy (the staff) were fun and very very helpful. The retail world needs clerks like them. My husband who wandered in while I was changing (and LOATHES shopping)
even had a good time.

Hi, I'd heard of your store over the radio at my doctor's office. I figured it was worth a look. So I went online and found a super cute bathing suite to bring with me for my wedding (at a family cabin on a lake).

After blabbing to all of my friends about Swimwear Etc. my girlfriend went to the Vancouver location and got me a g/c for my birthday. She asked the associate if I could use it online, she said I could. Well........ to my dismay, I cannot. And I don't get out to North Vancouver very often. So I've been waiting almost a year now to finally get around to going to that location so I can use my birthday gift.

I placed an order when your website was being worked on as a result my order was unable to be processed. I reeived a call almost immediately from Chris who apologized and personally ensured that my order went through and that it was shipped timely. I will definately use this site again and again

Well I wanted to order a new suit when I found out we were going back to Hawaii. My suits from last year just were'nt doing it for me anymore. I found this website while browsing through google, and I was happy to find a canadian website that provided a good selection to choose from. When I ordered I found that after I submitted the payment page, a wierd Moneris screen popped up. Im not sure if it was a error, or what but I didn't know if my order was even submitted properly. Well the next day I had a voicemail on my cell from a friendly guy, I think his name was Chris, from Swimwear etc. He wanted to confirm my order, which I thought was nice concidering with the wierd error page that popped up the night before. I called him back with the number he gave me and I reached him right away. I think my suit is waiting for me at the post office so I am excited to go pick it up. Thanks for the service, and I plan to buy again in the future.

I loved the Athena mix and match swimsuit I ordered last year, their styles work best for me. I would like to see more of the Athena in other prints and colors.

I ordered sandals on-line. The on-line order form to submit the order was a little confusing as to whether the order went through or not, so I ended up ordering twice. When Swimwear etc. confirmed the order, they immediatly cancelled one of them with no problem whatsoever. The remaining order was shipped and received promptly. Would do business with them again. I am very pleased with my online purchase and experience. I received a phone call within a day of placing my order to confirm, and let me know availability and when my pieces would be shipped out. I also received an email when my items were shipped so I could track the progress. I will definately shop here again and tell my friends about it! I have also shopped at Swimwear etc. in Saskatoon and they were extremely helpful and had alot of selection.

Thanks for the update. I was in your West Ed Mall store the beginning of December and was disappointed they did not have the TYR-MDURLONG in stock. It is nice to know I can get it on line (which is how I got my last one), however that does increase the cost for me with the shipping. Have a happy new year.

I purchased a Seafolly tankini bathing suit from your Polo Park location. I was so pleased with the colors and the fit. Unfortunately on a hotel trip, the hotel pool had extreme levels of chlorine and wrecked my suit! The hotel manager offered to replace it so I went online to get another one! Chris from Swimwear etc. was very helpful in helping me to place an order for the replacement suit. They even refunded the shipping cost to me after hearing about my hotel story. I love the new suit! I will be a repeat customer of yours.

I was searching for a specific Billabong swimsuit everywhere and only found it at this website. I live in the United States so I was not sure about ordering something from Canada, but decided to do so anyway. I had a great experience shopping here. It seemed like the order I placed was very personal. The company does not seem like it is so large that you just become one order number among thousands. Someone is always there to help out with your order, be it by phone or by email. I called customer service once and emailed them twice and each time received very prompt, considerate, helpful responses. I got my purchase rasonably quickly in the mail and am very happy with it and with the entire purchase experience at Swimwear Etc.

I stumbled across your website while searching for a swimsuit to take to Cuba. I'm glad I did! I found a beautiful suit for a decent price and although I was leery of buying a swimsuit online (not being able to try it on) but I have to say that everything was great. Shipping costs were good. I live in Newfoundland, so I'm used to paying more than others for shipping, but that wasn't the case here. My order was shipped Friday and I received it Wednesday. I love the personal touches that came with the experience and I would highly recommend your site to anyone looking to buy swimwear!

I just visited the Saskatoon shop. I was looking for a Speedo suit. I had bought one there a number of years ago and had such good service (and great selection). This visit made me turn around and head out and think I will probably not visit there again. Noone asked me if I wanted help after I spent some time looking at the suits. When I finally did ask someone who was busy chatting to another employee, the answer was "that's all we have" with a totally dismissive look. I felt like maybe I was interfering in their work. Another clerk remarked that a different brand was the same type suit. It is not the same type for me. The fit is far different. I have been buying Speedo suits for all the years I have been swimming. Get some suits that are made for actually swimming (the polyester/lycra type).
In all I have to say less than poor service and poor selection. I am just sorry that it's not like it used to me.

At the Langley Willowbrook Location the big new store is awesome. The sales associates always go out of their way to help me find exactly the right suit. Great experience !!

I love walking into the Swimwear Etc. store in Willowbrook Shopping Centre! All the girls there are so friendly, greeting you as soon as you walk in. I usually hate shopping for a bathing suit (who doesn't right?), however, one of the girls helped me pick out a few that were comfortable and fit quite nicely. I ended getting more then just a bathing suit and paid more than I expected but the quality and feel of the Seafolly suit was incredible and the variety of flip flops and cover ups was great! I reccomend Swimwear Etc. to all my friends and family and I can't wait till I go on holidays again to go back and experience the same service!

The ladies that work there are absolutely wonderful! I felt so uncomfortable at first thinking about trying on suits. But they made my experience a breeze! They are very outgoing, friendly and i feel like they enjoy doing what they are doing, thanks a lot! I love my new Seafolly suit. It's perfect! i would definitely recommend anyone to go to this location any day!

The Polo Park store is nice, always have up to date lines of bathing suits & accessories BUT MORE larger sizes (ie: 22/24) need to be in the store i.e.: tankini suits. I also like summer dresses etc to wear at resorts in the evening. I don't usually find larger sizes too often. We go away every year in Feb. for 3 weeks so you need at least 3 or 4 suits & other clothing.

I'm an older woman & the 2 pce suit isn't for me so I do have a harder time shopping for suits.

The staff are usually pleasant & welcome you when you enter the store.

I just wanted to commend one of your staff at the Polo Park location. This past Saturday I was shopping for a new suit, and had the pleasure of being served by Ashley. I was grateful to her assistance, and she looked for the right size for me, even going as far as checking the stock available at other locations.

Hello, I am a little delayed in sending my comment in, but as I cleaned out my wallet and saw my receipts, it spurned me to send a note about a recent experience at one of your locations in Winnipeg, MB.

On April 23rd, I was in the mall and walked past the Swimwear Etc store. I was not specifically looking to purchase a swimsuit that day, but thought I would stop in for a peek as lake weather was soon approaching. I should add that I entered the store somewhat begrudgingly (as I was quite frankly not looking forward to swimsuit shopping).

I was greeted by an Associate and asked if there was any help I needed. I said I didn’t and that I just wanted to look. I perused the store and decided that I should try something on as I was already there, but didn’t really know where to start. The same Associate, who I learned was named Leslie approached me again and asked if I had any questions. I told her I might want to try something on, but again had no idea where to start.

The attention and assistance I received from Leslie that day was absolutely amazing. She was attentive, a great listener, asked lots of questions about my preferences and was an excellent consultant in the change room. Her demeanor was very approachable and for the first time, I let a consultant specifically assist me in making choices.

I ended up with two purchases that day totaling $300. One was a swimsuit that I would have never picked out for myself, but on Leslie’s recommendation, was fabulous.

It wasn’t until I left the store and saw the business card that I realized Leslie was the manager. For a customer to come into a store not necessarily planning to make a purchase, and leave with a few great items and very happy, speaks not only of great products, but perhaps more of great service.

I was reluctant to search for the 'perfect bathing suit'. Jaime Gregorash [Polo Park] was fantastic! She was professional and compassionate, and knew exactly what would work for me. I found 2 great swimsuits and 'cover-ups'. It turned out to be a pleasant experience.

I was just in the new St Vital store. It looks great! The service was friendly and staff was eager to help me find what I was looking for. And best of all - they quickly find new sizes while you're busy in the change room.

This is my third time purchasing swimwear from your St. Vital (Winnipeg) store. The staff is always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They understand the difficulties of swimwear shopping and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. The assistant who helped me (Dua) was great and really thoughtful.

I was almost in tears when I discovered that "had to" go on a cruise with my company and that there would be a pool on the ship. I hadn't worn a swimsuit in over 10 years and I certainly did not want to wear one in front of my co-workers. I tried to come up with any excuse that could get me out of going on that cruise. When I accepted the fact that there was no getting out of it, I decided that I'd head into your Polo Park store (again, nearly in tears). From the minute I stepped through the doors, I knew I had made the right decision. One of the girls there (Jamie Gregorash), took all my fears away. She made me feel like a person, an important person, and not just a customer. She made something I dreaded into something fun. I actually had fun trying on swimsuits! When I left with my chosen suits and cover-ups, I was looking forward to my trip!! Now that I am back I can assure you that you have a customer for life. I got non-stop compliments on my suits and wished I didn't have to take them off! Thank you so much.

I have been shopping at your Polo Park store for nearly 10 years so I figured it was about time I left some feedback. The store manager there, Jaime, is always so bubbly and friendly and I just love her. I hope this message gets back to her because she always such a wonderful help every time I see her. I love your store and I love your staff!!!

I am looking forward to visiting Swimwear Etc this weekend (prior to our trip to Mexico). I bought swimwear from the Polo Park store last spring and just love it. Great quality and very helpful staff. The swim shorts I bought are Jag and hope to find another pair as they are so comfortable.

I had the BEST swimwear shopping experience in my life when I went to the St. Vital location on Dec. 23. I didn't know where to begin and when Leslie greeted me and I asked her a couple of questions, she listened and got me started on different colors and styles. She came back to the fitting room numerous times with various items and made it the most wonderful experience. Leslie Smaha, you were SUPERB. You were honest and encouraging and I now feel that I can wear a swimsuit with confidence!!! In my books, there is now no other place to purchase a swimsuit. You were the best!!! I would like to thank you for sending the Baku bathing suit top to Polo Park. I picked it up on Fri. Jan. 22/10. I would like to comment on the wonderful, professional, individualized attention I have received with my visits to the Swimwear Etc. stores in Wpg. I am a 50+, plus size female and was never made to feel that it was hopeless for me to try to find a swimsuit! On the 22nd, when at the Polo Park store, (I was there at 5:00 PM), I was the 3rd person in the line for the cashier. She provided very individualized, professional service to each of us, and maintained a friendly smile on her face. She did not seem exasperated, overwhelmed with her job.
I will certainly recommend Swimwear Etc. to others! Thank you again!
