I just made my first purchase at your Edmonton West Edmonton Mall location tonight. I went into the store in a panic about having to go away this Saturday and with a cup size that doesn't match the rest of me, it's been hard to find a swimsuit, anyways, long story short, Danielle helped me from the moment I walked in the door. She was dedicated to helping me, she knew all the product in the store that would work with my figure, she continued to bring me stuff, provide advice until we found something that was right. and we did. I can't say enough about the experience. She was truly wonderful,knowledgeable and made it so much easier . Thanks to Danielle.

I am a terrible fit - short-waisted, with a slight frame but a G cup. Twice I have gone to Swimwear Etc. in Southgate as it is virtually impossible for me to find a swimsuit in most stores. Despite the difficulty in fitting both my frame and my desire for modesty, the staff at Swimwear Etc. have always been immensely helpful, patient, and courteous, and I have actually always been able to leave with at least one suit that worked for me! (Which is great, since shopping for clothing gives me migraines at the best of times!) To anyone who is over 16 and doesn't fit the narrow range of what other stores allow as "normal" sizing, I would recommend skipping the other stores and going straight to Swimwear Etc. to save time and find both the selection and the staff to make for an enjoyable experience.

I always shop at the southgate store. The staff there are extremely friendly and always help me find what I'm looking for. Swimwear shoping is so traumatic and they really help to lessen the fear! I will continue to shop at Swimwear ETC and I will also make sure to tell all my friends!

I purchased two swimsuits in the Winnipeg Polo Park store last night. This was my first time as a customer of Swimwear etc. I was so impressed with the service that I received. I do not remember the name of the young woman who helped me (she said it was her first night back at work after taking a year off to travel, Cashier 0852). She was great at helping me determine the size and style that was best for me. In fact, all the staff in the store seemed happy to be there and willing to help. Great experience!
